In the event of a discharge or a threat of a discharge
of a polluting substance from a vessel insured by WQIS, immediate notice must be given to WQIS.

In the event of an oil spill and calling from outside the United States, please call the WQIS office directly at
00 + 1 + 212 292 8700 and ask for the claims department. If the office is closed, the call will be automatically sent to our 24 Hour Pollution Emergency Hotline.
